Materials & Care
Clay & resin items are hand-finished; avoid prolonged heat and harsh solvents. Acrylic charms prefer soft cloth cleaning. Metal hardware may patina over time — that's part of the charm.
Shipping & Returns
Orders ship within 3–5 business days (made-to-order may take longer). If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos — we'll make it right.
